Acceptance of terms

Please read the following terms of use agreement carefully. By accessing or using our sites and our services, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and all terms incorporated herein by reference. If you do not expressly agree to all of the terms and conditions, then please do not access or use our sites or our services. This terms of service agreement is effective as of 22/08/2021.

Registration

The business that registers in Influenzers has to be real and has to agree to pay monthly fees and taxes until the registration is cancelled. Membership fees include promotions prices and limited-time offers are subject to change at a predetermined time. Members can change their subscription plan anytime from “my account” page after logging in. After changing the subscription plan, the change will be applied from the next bill

Payment terms

When joining a subscription plan in Influenzers, you agree to be bound by and accept the Payment Terms. Payment terms are subjected to change without notification at any time Influenzers decides to. You should review the payment terms each time you request and/or purchase any subscription. Payment terms are incorporated into the Terms of Use by this reference. We sell our services online، and only business owners can purchase our services and we accept various payment methods including debit and credit cards. An invoice will be sent to you once you pay for the service purchased.

Refund Policy

A fair refund policy.

Bad refund policies are infuriating. You feel like the company is just trying to rip you off. We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple: If you’re ever unhappy with our product for any reason, just contact our support team and we’ll take care of you.

Examples of full refunds we’d grant.

• If you were just charged for your next month of service but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge.
• If you forgot to cancel your account a couple months ago and you haven’t used it since then, we’ll give you a full refund for a few back months. No problem.
• Examples of partial refunds or credits we’d grant.
• If you forgot to cancel your account a year ago, and there’s been activity on your account since then, we’ll review your account usage and figure out a partial refund based on how many months you used it.
• If you upgraded your account a few months ago to a higher plan and kept using it in general but you didn’t end up using the extra features, we’d consider applying a prorated credit towards future months.
• If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or you emailed customer service and it took multiple days to get back to you, we’d issue a partial credit to your account.

Termination of use

We reserve the right to end your termination if we notice violation of terms of use and privacy policy.

Compensation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, members have to compensate Influenzers for violating Influenzers terms and causing problems.

Applicable Judicial Law

These Terms of Use governed by and construed in accordance with the United Arab Emirates laws you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE laws

General instructions

• No company owns Influencer content and therefore cannot use, share, edit or publish it without their permission or consent, except that content that Influencers have produced in partnership with the company and are entitled to use and Influencers are not allowed to delete it without permission
• Influenzers doesn’t make any refund for active accounts payments. Payment here means payments for monthly plan subscriptions
• Influenzers is not responsible for any fees incurred on an active subscription due to a failure to cancel the subscription before the billing cycle begins, nor is Influenzers responsible for payments made on active and unused accounts by its owners.
• If you wish to dispute any charges, you must notify Influenzers within 15 days of the date of the disputed invoice, and under no circumstances can Influenzers issue a refund for transactions older than 30 days
